The breathtaking scenery of the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe, allows for a tour of SUP and "Bird Watching" in one of the most beautiful places in Portugal.

 

Bay SUP Tour

São Martinho do Porto - Located at 15 km from Nazaré, where Garret Mc Namara surfed the biggest wave in the World, is the São Martinho do Porto bay.  

The Sup Trip on the bay provides an experience of Sup on the Ocean, in a calm and natural atmosphere surrounded by the beautiful beach of São Martinho do Porto.

 

SUP Lessons

 

If you are a Beginner in SUP, and are on holiday on the Silver Coast looking for a  watersport activity, then come and try Stand Up Paddleboarding at the Obidos Lagoon or Bay of São Martinho do Porto with us. 

Learn SUP with ASUPP instructors by taking a tour / lesson.
The flat waters are ideal for beginners and a great introduction to SUP.
We start with the basics instructions on the land  including safety and basic paddling techniques, along the way, we will making some stops at strategic locations of the lagoon or bay in order to teach more techniques to improve your paddle stroke.

 

The Tour/Lesson starts on land with the basic instructions.
Which includes:
Introduction to equipment and safe carrying technique, Safety awareness,
Launching and recovery, Stance and paddle skills

 

Now you are prepared to the next step "GET WITH THE BETTER BALANCE"!

Approximate duration 2-3 hours, morning or afternoon times available.
Suitable for all with paddling capacity!

The Tour/lesson includes: All equipment - SUP board, paddle, leash, lifejacket (optional), vehicle support back to start point.
Liability insurance and personal accident.
